Memory: University Days at Oxford (Pre-game)
Form: Tooth on a string (3 uses)
Source: Kitsune's game
Summary:

Not only is Styles an Oxford professor, he spent his undergraduacy there! This memory covers any general knowledge of the university and its environs that isn't covered by other memories or skills, as well as a broad-but-shallow set of recollections about being an undergrad. It does NOT include any science knowledge! It does include things like late-nighters, punting on the river, and so on.

There's not a great deal of canon about his time as an undergraduate, sadly! So I'm headcanoning this one heavily. Let's assume he met his wife as an undergrad, too! That memory will be extra-vague.

Effects:

* Styles now has a sense of the environment of Oxford, its culture, the major locations there, how it's laid out, student life, and so on! This also sharpened his general undergraduate knowledge, so he's... more likely to be pretentious, if that's even possible.

* +10 academics

* +5 familiarity with Lewis Carroll, since it's a major tourist draw to Oxford (there's an Alice shop that features in the game) and he's peeked into some of the exhibits with curiosity. He's not a great fan, but Wonderland stories and personae going to make more sense to him now.

Memory: Teaching Neurobiology (Pre-game)
Form: Wine! (Variable uses, depending on how much is sipped)
Source: Lancelot's game
Summary:

Styles was a professor, and if the newspaper clipping in the game was any indication, a creative one with unconventional ideas and a knack for making things interesting for his students! This memory covers his lectures, positive interactions with students before the accident, and then... it all stopping.

Effects:

* This runs against Styles's assumption that he was always a jerk, and needs to try desperately hard not to be one. He's a relieved to get a memory where he's NOT being abrasive or socially oblivious...

* While he now knows some of the vocabulary from these lectures, the actual ideas are still beyond him... he may come out of this memory with something like a broad, general sense of neurobiology, but not enough to even count as his level one skill. THERE ARE NEURONS AND STUFF???
